Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect the following information:

• Account data:email address, name, and profile information you provide during signup and onboarding
• Portfolio content:publications, teaching history, awards, and other content you publish
• Usage data:page views on your portfolio (we store the count, approximate country, and referrer, but not identifying visitor information)
• Billing data:handled securely by Lemon Squeezy; we do not store card details
• Contact messages:messages sent to you via your portfolio contact form

2. How we use your data

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To send you transactional emails (account confirmations, contact form notifications)
• To display your portfolio analytics inside your dashboard
• To process payments and manage subscriptions

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising.

3. Data storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL). Data is hosted in the EU (West Europe). Uploaded files (e.g. profile photos) are stored in Supabase Storage with access controls.

4. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase:database and authentication
• Lemon Squeezy:payment processing
• Resend:transactional email delivery
• Vercel:hosting and edge infrastructure

5. Cookies

We use cookies only for authentication (session tokens managed by Supabase) and theme preference (stored in localStorage). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can update your profile from the Settings page. To request full data deletion, email us at support@getlecturn.com and we will action it within 30 days.

7. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymised analytics data (page view counts) may be retained for longer.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by a notice in the dashboard.
